You and half my family. People offered 5-6 times to buy it but I ended up giving it to my gramma. :)

Thanks, the art teacher thought it would be funny to not allow us to use black. She hid it lol!

I like the first too, but the lion one is also good.
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Great artwork! :D
I looove the first one, it reminds me of the paintings by the legendary (late) Bob Ross.
And of course I'm biased because the ones of Jasper and Vixen are lovely... :)
The others are good too but the one that confuses me a bit is the last one - I've been staring at it like a "Magic Eye" picture and I just don't get it (lol) - is it a mountain or is there something more abstract that I just can't see yet? (white buffalo?)

*Tries to see the Buffalo* Nooo lol it's just a mountain. The kicker was we were allowed to use every color but black and white.

hehehe ok cool :)
how did you manage it without black and white? I think I can see those colors but are they just mixes of dark brown / off-white? looks nice

Took a lot of mixing and watering down for the whitish color (mostly yellow) and the "black" was made with red, green, and brown, and a bit of blue. The problem was you could never make the same color twice :roll: so it was pretty difficult, but very fun and I learned a lot about colors.

A quick one for my "cover" photo on Facebook's Timeline :) The running dog is a Tamaskan, the other is a wolf.
