Greetings from Germany

Post by Manuel » Wed Feb 09, 2011 1:45 am

Hi everybody,

I guess the task at hand is to say 'hello' and introduce myself.
I'm Manuel from Germany, and I have been lucky twice:

1. I just recently learned, there is this beautiful dog I've never heard of before

and then

2. One of the two only two breeders in Germany lives not too far away from my own doorstep.

So of course I decided to pay them a visit, which they kindly agreed to. This was last sunday, and I am so inexplicably happy to say, that we found each other pretty likable ("we" meaning the breeders, myself and of course the bitch :P ), and so I will be the future daddy of one of their puppies. And I'm guessing, in due time there will be two of them living with me.

I'm sure I will find a lot of precious information on these pages, and I'm keen on learning as much as there is.
Thanks in advance to all of you, since I'm sure this forum will help a lot.

All the best!

Welcome to the forum and I can almost guarantee once you have one Tamaskan in your life you will want another

I highly doubt it could be any other way. :D
But since this will be my first dog to raise from zero, I want to make sure I do it right and thus concentrate on one at a time. As soon as my first boy (might be a gal as well) reaches the age of two or three, I'm absolutely sure I want to give him (or her) a friend.
