This is way cool! Bull has known sit, down, stay and touch for a while, but we finally got around to taping it... HUH! I was told that these dogs are untrainable! HA! I stopped listening to alot of what people tell me a long time ago ;)

Thats really good, just shows you should never listen to other people when it comes to what dogs can or can not do.

I've just read through this thread and I'm so pleased Bull has found such a fabulous home.

When I saw that lovely photo of Bull curled up between you other gorgeous dogs, I thought oh my I do hope you decide to keep this boy, he looks so happy.

Then I read you've decided to adopt him, I know it's silly but I was so happy and releaved for Bull.

By the way I love the cat tree, what ever gave you that idea? He looks like he loves it.

I'd love to see more photos of the handsome guy.

These dogs are suppose to be climbers and I had noticed alot of cat-like charter in Bull... like he will "rub" up to me like a cat might do so and he is (and prob always will be) very aloof like cats can be ;) sort of like the only person in the room not paying attention to him will be the person he goes up to ;)

Bull made a cross country trip with me recently and did splendidly! I was able to introduce the wee little boy formally to a horse! He got up on his hind legs to touch his nose to the horse's (AHHH! Wish I had the camera!) Then he started to chomp his jaws, got down on all fours, became really stiff and went after the horse's hove! Like he was going to take down the great herbivore! The horse just looked at him like he was crazy! I scooped him up and just laughed until tears were running down my face HA!!!!!

We are watching Luna, the RPK rescue from Aug 2010, for a few days..... Luna is just in love with Bull! and settled right in with the others.....just think, a year ago I was LEAD to believe that the NGSD didn't like other dogs!!!! Damn, I honestly think that the NGSD is the perrrrrfect companion for. at least, the Tamaskan Dog.... the two breeds just "get" eachother..... ;)

This is so awesome! I had done quite a bit of reading about NGSDs in the past and everywhere it seemed to say that they did not make good pets. Way to go! He is soooo cute!

That's very insightful! I do believe that the Jindo is related to the NGSD! Bull's a great character! Do you have any experience with the Jindo? Would love to learn more.................
