Elska and Monza - Week 1!

Post by claireyclaire » Sat Sep 17, 2011 10:53 am

Well we have nearly had Monza for a week now and things have started to settle into normality!!

The girls have very different relationships with him and thought some pics might illustrate this!

Elska is very boisterous with him, verging on the edge of bullying sometimes (although it would appear that he can look after himself!) They like to fight and she has taught him to dig holes, a habit that I thought she had grown out of!

I think she has decided that he belongs to her and she doesn't really like Tala playing with him, although I do shut her away sometimes so that Tala and Monza can start to bond, this is taking time!

Anyway, here is a summary of Elska and Monza's first week!

Great pictures! He is going to be so big! I think they make a good trio, the lanky girls and the big male bear look-a-like, haha. The bonding does take time, at least, it did with our two dogs. Our older dog really had to get used to the idea that there was another dog in the house. But with a bit of patience and giving a lot of attention to the older one they are best friends now. ;)

Great photos, the look so cute together, and she has the look of "I'm going to teach you this, and this..." :D

She really does look like she's saying that!

It looks like they have the "big sister, little brother" dynamic going on already. Very, very cute! :D
