Re: I am confused....
We do not know what Blustag and Blufawns intentions are with creating the new forum. We need to wait to hear from Lynn what her intentions are. I have just come on here and read through a few posts. Firstly let me say that I set up the TDR many years ago when I first started this breed and copyrigh...

This is the exact wording used by the UC Davis laboratory, which is also interesting to note. Thank you for the answer Debbie. Can you please tell me if they have another word for tested dogs? That they say "Hybrid" to the nearer dogs to the wolf and "Wolfdog" to the farer away dogs? No problem. :)...

There is a small group of people here on the forum intent on trying to bring the breed down. Nothing could be further from the truth Lynn. Re: Movement (single tracking)
No its not difficult to change it. Much like a horse when jumping in competition. One has to change the pace as you approach a jump... Flying change its called. We do the same with the dogs IF they are pacing when we are running them around the ring. The judge wants to see them at a 'trot' when they...

A dog that 'paces' in the show ring would be penalised. You have to watch for that and bring them out of it into a trot.

Re: BLUFAWN CRAZY PEANUT
He has a nice long tail unlike his mum and usually the weight of a long tail keeps it straight. He probably does hold it down when
walking and resting and flies it when running or playing.
Either way I think he is lovely and going to be a good size
walking and resting and flies it when running or playing.

I also do not think it is a clear cut formula. My Zephyr has a lot of shyness issues, especially around men. Oh if the "only" problem of Rann is that he gets overly exited - then I am guessing it is just a matter of time with the bitch? I know this is right off topic but I'd just like to add that is is absolutely possible to mate a shy bitch to an outgoing male and vice versa. Lynn, obviously, I noted that you had said this would be Tumanra's last litter, which is probably why you wanted public opinion on the popularity of black/greys seeing as Tumanra is of such coloring. lol. If you don't mind sating my curiosity (yet again!), how old is Tumanra and how many litt...

Yes quality is VERY important. I would ultimately like to see our black/greys with yellow eyes ;) Maybe you could breed Amber to Ollie. You will have 25% chance of Black Greys then, with yellow eyes. It would be a close linebreeding on Tumanra but as far as I know there aren't really any health iss...

- I believe the reason why Rann haven't had another litter is that he haven't been able to produce again? I have tried Rann on two occasions and he failed to mate.
