The Dam is one of the Rose Litter, DNA-verified to be of Heidi and Rann. DM-confirmation of n/n is done and verified by german lab. Only awaiting certificate. TDR pending of this certificate.

Happy to help. Get a DNA test done and keep a copy with you. It is likely you won't get asked at the border, BUT, it is the police that has the authority regarding the dog law, so you may (may) be stopped and asked for proof. Yes, Susann. The rules state that a dog being suspect of being a hybrid may be stopped by the police. If the owner cannot there and then remove all and every doubt, the police will confiscate the dog (for your part, the dogs would not be in any mortal danger. Since genes aren't inherited the same in all pups this shouldn't be assumed. I can only speak for my own on this, but it looks like the SA passes as the Tam ages and gets more sure of her (or him) self. Boredom seems to take over (same result with some destruction following, not unlike a Husky). Training, training, training is the key :)

AngieH: Why not disqualify the dog from the register? If the dog shows exeptional traits, it could be reintroduced as a fondation dog, going through the TDR.

With the online pedigree it's easy to check wether or not a pup is a Tam, as claimed. To keep mandatory scoring on all breeding dogs will most likely help keeping breeders honest. Vi KAN også teste alle breed dogs og kun avle på negativt resultat, slik at vi får det som var drømmen til å begynne med, en helt ulvefri hund med ulveutseende. Men jeg ser at viljen ikke er helt tilstede, ikke minst av økonomiske grunner.

Ikke et problem så lenge hun tester ut som schæfer og ikke CWD (i Norge). I lovens øyne har jeg likevel gjort det som "rimelig kan forventes" av meg (legalt terme) :)

She is genetically as much tamaskan as yours is, so no DNA test is necessary from me to come to Norway with her. I'm from Sorlandet. Currently only one owner in Norway (happily me ;) ). Someone has forgotten his/her knowledge and refers to the good old Fable, and uses Facebook as proof, good heavens!
